1. 개요

Daling(이하 "앱")은 DGIST 학생이 강의자료·과제 마감·학교 메일·학사일정을 한곳에서 보고 본인의 Google Drive·Calendar로 정리하도록 돕는 비영리 개인 프로젝트이며, DGIST가 만들거나 운영하는 서비스가 아닙니다. 앱은 Apache License 2.0으로 공개된 오픈 소스이며, 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 이용 자격

앱은 유효한 DGIST 계정을 가진 본인이 본인의 학습 자료를 정리할 목적으로만 쓸 수 있습니다. 다른 사람의 계정으로 쓰거나 다른 사람의 자료에 접근하는 데 쓸 수 없습니다.

3. 이용자의 책임

본인의 DGIST 계정과 Google 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
DGIST 학칙과 LMS 이용 규정, 관계 법령을 지켜야 합니다.
강의자료의 저작권은 각 저작권자에게 있습니다. 내려받은 자료를 허락 없이 배포·공유·판매해서는 안 됩니다.
LMS 서버에 지나친 부담을 주는 방식으로 써서는 안 됩니다.

4. 금지 행위

앱으로 권한 없는 시스템이나 계정에 접근하는 행위
앱에 악성 기능을 넣어 다시 배포하는 행위

5. 제3자 서비스

앱은 DGIST LMS·메일, Google Drive API, Google Calendar API, (선택) Google Gemini API를 이용합니다. 각 서비스에는 그 제공자의 약관이 함께 적용되며, 서비스가 바뀌거나 멈추면 앱 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

6. 보증의 부인

앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 앱이 오류 없이 작동하거나 모든 자료·마감을 빠짐없이 가져온다고 보증하지 않습니다. 중요한 마감과 자료는 반드시 LMS에서 직접 확인하세요.

7. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱을 쓰거나 쓰지 못해 생긴 자료 손실, 마감 누락, 계정 제재, 그 밖의 직간접 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 변경과 중단

개발자는 앱의 기능을 바꾸거나 배포를 멈출 수 있습니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 올리며, 그 뒤에도 앱을 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

9. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

Overview. Daling is a non-commercial, open-source (Apache License 2.0) personal project, not made or operated by DGIST, that helps DGIST students organize course materials, deadlines, school e-mail and the academic calendar into their own Google Drive and Google Calendar. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
Eligibility. Use the app only with your own valid DGIST account and only to organize your own study materials.
Your responsibilities. Keep your DGIST and Google credentials safe; follow DGIST rules, LMS policies and applicable law; respect the copyright of course materials and do not redistribute them without permission; do not overload the LMS servers.
Prohibited use. Accessing systems or accounts without authorization, or redistributing the app with malicious modifications.
Third-party services. The app uses the DGIST LMS and mail, Google Drive API, Google Calendar API and (optionally) Google Gemini API, whose own terms also apply.
No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Always confirm important deadlines on the LMS.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any data loss, missed deadlines, account sanctions or other damages arising from use of the app.
Changes. The developer may change or discontinue the app. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
